WEB-based multimedia catalogue of advertisements
iCreative is a WEB-based catalogue of advertisements with access to the multimedia files (clips, photos, images, etc.).
The main advantages are:
- Powerful and flexible features for searching and selecting information on advertisements
- TV, Press and Outdoor advertisements supported
- The user can copy query results on his/her computer and paste it in MS Excel or any editor supporting tab delimited file format
- The user can download clips, images or any other multimedia associated with advertisements
- The user can take advantage of stored queries and use parts of these queries as a base for new queries
- The special feature allows ordering of the hard copies of clips, images, etc. on CD or any other media.

Queries
iCreative provides great flexibility - almost all possible advertisement attributes are supported in a query (advertiser, brand, ad type, first issue date, etc.). A special feature allows for selection of only new or modified advertisements. A wide range of output fields is also supported: advertisement identifier, title, type, etc. The query result table can also contain some statistics - cost, quantity and volume - for each selected advertisement. The user can store queries in a private folder on the service provider side and run them again later or use as a base for new queries.
The results table
The results table includes a set of predefined fields and any number of available fields from the list. The user can view this table page by page or as a whole. Tables can be sorted on the basis of any included field. The user can copy the table to the clipboard or download it as an ASCII file. A mouse click on the advertisement title runs the multimedia file associated with it. It is also possible to download these files by clicking on an icon in the table. Finally, the user can mark one or more selected advertisements and design an E-mail order for hard copies of marked advertisements.
Customizing iCreative
ICreative supports a lot of customizable options: fonts, results page size, output language, etc. The user can easily modify all these options via special dialog.
Administrator support
iCreative comes with the special flexible and convenient administrator WEB-interface. The administrator can add or delete users and organizations, grant access rights to registered users (for example, grant access to advertisements of a certain advertiser to a particular user) and control downloading of multimedia files, i.e. define quantity of files downloaded by each user and organization and calculate traffic generated as a result of these downloads.
